7. We cherish our beautiful Doves and their welfare is always our priority.

8. We will not release birds beyond the range that they are able to fly home safely.

9. Our Doves are live birds and we are not able to guarantee that the Doves will perform exactly as required every time, but our birds are highly trained and experienced.

10. We promise to do all we can to provide the highest quality White Dove Release possible to ensure your special occasion is unique.

11. A handler will be present at all times. We will NOT send birds for self-release.

12. We will do our very best to accommodate your requirements within the boundaries of the safety of our precious Doves.

13. Handlers will be suitably attired for each event they are attending, and we will do our utmost to be punctual at the time agreed.

14. We accept NO responsibility for matters beyond our specific control.
